Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trading Team Lead to oversee our trading operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5 platforms, various bridge solutions, and managing liquidity provider relationships. The role also requires strong skills in anti-fraud measures, account reconciliation, and profit and pricing management.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Oversee day-to-day activities, including market analysis, order execution, and position management.
Manage and maintain the MT4/5 trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Oversee bridge solutions to ensure seamless connectivity with liquidity providers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers (LPs).
Implement and monitor anti-fraud measures and arrangements to safeguard trading activities.
Manage profit margins and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
Stay updated with market trends, news, and economic events.
Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering & Product Development, Payments & Verification, and Compliance, to ensure seamless operations.
Fine tuning trading platforms, algorithms, and tools to enhance trading efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5 platforms, including bridge solutions like YourBourse, FxCubic, OneZero, and others.
In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and trading instruments (e.g., forex, CFDs, commodities, equities).
Proven ability to develop and maintain a wide network of good relationships with liquidity providers.
Strong knowledge of anti-fraud measures and best practices.
Experience in building account reconciliation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing profit and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess trading performance and market conditions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing talent.
Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in executing trading strategies and managing risks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work under pressure.
