System Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
- Selection, procurement, preparation, and configuration of hardware and equipment.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of employees (account creation, access provisioning, equipment handover or shipment, account deactivation).
- Providing efficient technical support to users.
- Administration of internal services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zoom, etc.): managing structure, user accounts, groups, and security policies.
- Organization and oversight of IAM (Identity & Access Management) — unified approach to roles and permissions.
- Research, testing, and implementation of new tools and services.
- Administration of office and virtual networks.
- Configuration and support of corporate VPN infrastructure.
- Setting up MFA, implementing Zero Trust principles, and monitoring security risks.
- Participation in the development and enforcement of IT security policies.
- Maintenance of IT asset inventory (hardware, licenses, subscriptions).
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in back office (payment operations, banking, KYC, AML, or customer verification\payments roles).
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a System Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience working with Slack.
- Experience with Atlassian applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience supporting VoIP systems.
- Proficient in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with backup systems and antivirus software.
- Solid understanding of network security, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems.
