Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

• Selection, procurement, preparation, and configuration of hardware and equipment.
• Onboarding and Offboarding of employees (account creation, access provisioning, equipment handover or shipment, account deactivation).
• Providing efficient technical support to users.
• Administration of internal services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zoom, etc.): managing structure, user accounts, groups, and security policies.
• Organization and oversight of IAM (Identity & Access Management) — unified approach to roles and permissions.
• Research, testing, and implementation of new tools and services.
• Administration of office and virtual networks.
• Configuration and support of corporate VPN infrastructure.
• Setting up MFA, implementing Zero Trust principles, and monitoring security risks.
• Participation in the development and enforcement of IT security policies.
• Maintenance of IT asset inventory (hardware, licenses, subscriptions).

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in back office (payment operations, banking, KYC, AML, or customer verification\payments roles).
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience working with Slack.
• Experience with Atlassian applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience supporting VoIP systems.
• Proficient in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with backup systems and antivirus software.
• Solid understanding of network security, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems.
