Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trading Specialist to develop new trading mechanics and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Applied Math, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, with extensive experience in EFX trading, APIs, back-testing, and algorithmic trading. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with financial data tools like Bloomberg, Eikon, EODHD, or Polygon are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and implement synthetic trading instruments that are finely tuned for swift and effective execution in various market conditions.
Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard against potential losses, with a keen eye on challenging market conditions.
Monitor and adapt execution strategies in real-time based on market dynamics, news events, and emerging trends to ensure optimal execution outcomes.
Establish and track key performance indicators related to execution quality, continually optimizing processes to achieve superior results.
Сonduct in-depth analysis of market data, emphasizing insights that directly impact execution strategies.
Work closely with the Engineering & Product Development team to understand their execution requirements, providing tailored solutions that align with their trading goals and preferences.

Requirements

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Applied Math, or a related field.
Expertise in utilizing algorithmic order execution and advanced order types.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, etc.
Experience with FIX API and REST API
Advanced user of Bloomberg, Eikon, EODHD, Polygon, or similar financial data tools.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
