Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Front-end Lead Developer to join our team at Quantango. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers and driving the development of user-facing applications and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of the front-end part of the project.
• Ensure adherence to best development practices and strict code standards.
• Mentor and train front-end developers, aiding in their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews and assist the team in resolving technical issues.
• Control the quality of the codebase.
• Participate in task planning and evaluation.
• Conduct performance testing and optimize front-end applications.
• Implement and maintain automated tests.
• Work on improving page load speeds and enhancing the user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on projects using React.js.
• Experience with TypeScript modules, State Management Libraries, and CSS.
• Experience integrating third-party solutions (external APIs, analytics).
• Experience leading front-end teams of 5 or more members.
• Experience interacting with remote product management teams.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a strong desire to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience working on high-load B2C projects.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Experience working with Next.js.
